	<description><![CDATA[I've been working on a small CRM project after dealing with scattered spreadsheets, missed follow-ups, and generally unorganized sales tracking in my own workflow. Over time, it became clear that switching between tools and manually updating everything was slowing things down more than helping. So I started putting together something simple for personal use-just a clean way to track leads, log conversations, and keep an overview of basic sales progress without adding too many features. The focus has been on keeping it practical and easy to use rather than trying to cover everything.
